Service Description
We provide professional sensory assessments for both homes and community spaces including clinics, churches, and other facilities. Whether in your living room or a shared environment, we identify sensory triggers and recommend tailored solutions to create calming, inclusive spaces for neurodivergent individuals and their families.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Sensory Visit Courtesy We understand that life can be unpredictable, and emergencies sometimes arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your in-home or on-site sensory assessment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 12 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our travel plans and support other families who may be waiting. If we do not receive notice within this window, a 10% late cancellation fee will apply to help cover the time and preparation dedicated to your visit. If You’re Running Late Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re running behind. Out of respect for everyone’s time, we allow a 15-minute grace period. After that, the session may need to be shortened or rescheduled depending on the day’s schedule. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us provide calm, focused support to every family we visit.
