Cancellation Policy
Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours in advance. You can do so through your confirmation email or by contacting us directly. No-shows or late cancellations may forfeit your session fee. Rescheduling: You may reschedule your session one time without penalty, as long as it's done 12 hours before your original appointment. Refunds: Due to the nature of this limited-time service, no refunds will be issued once a session is booked. Session Scope: This session is a live 30-minute consultation only. It includes verbal recommendations for one space. No written summaries or follow-up materials are provided.
